The com­ple­te recor­dings of this south ger­man punk/hardcore band, 19 songs recor­ded in the mid-80s, are coll­ec­ted on the „Histo­ry“ LP. Side A con­ta­ins the legen­da­ry „Start in den Tod“ demo, while side B fea­tures recor­dings from the 1987 split LP with „Ever­y­thing Falls Apart.“ Chal­len­ger Crew’s musi­cal influen­ces were Ita­li­an and US hard­core; bands like NEGAZIONE, C.C. M., INDIGESTI BLACK FLAG, MINOR THREAT, and REAGAN YOUTH were cele­bra­ted at the time. There’s also an exten­si­ve full-color book­let with pre­vious­ly unre­leased pho­tos and information.
